If You can assure the interior is clean and tidy we will wash and wax the exterior, paint touch up frame, blacken tires with tire shine and conditioner, and keep the interior up to par. We wash and clean again including awning upon point of sale or as required while onsite. Every RV is locked with a professional RV Safety lock and Your RV does not leave R.V.C.S. LTD. until You have signed off and have the money paid in full in Your hand or directly into Your account by the finance company.

We do require all appliances to be in good working order upon point of sale but obviously not brand new so appropiate wear and tear is expected. Last year we charged $200 per month per unit and when sold in the same month then that months fee would be returned at point of sale.

THIS YEAR FOR EARLY BIRDS WE WILL DROP TO $150 PER MONTH.

It costs us more to have onsite than $200.00 per month and the first month fee alone almost eats up the online marketing platform. We do not make money as a storage facility. Everyone wins when it is sold.

Green book is at a all time high on clean pre-owned RV's and a new unit is ridiculous $$ now with the exchange rate but Yes You have final say. No point bringing here at $X,XXX,XXX.00 as everything must be fairly priced. Even with a magic wand i am not into hurting anyone let alone my reputation and business name.

I have not had anyone lose yet. i realize this may happen but i am not here to see anyone walk out the gate and say they had a poor result. Everything sells if marketed and presented professionally. Everything. Financing is a big key to speeding up the process.

You must keep fire and theft insurance on the unit, we need a copy of registration, contact phone numbers are essential and a set of keys.
